RETURNS & REFUNDS:

I hope you would never want to return a painting, but if your unhappy I will accept returns providing the painting is returned undamaged in its original condition in the original packaging with the exception of commission pieces*, please follow the below terms.

Please contact me at info@davidjohnart.com or go to the contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Return the painting in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Once ive recieved the painting and providing the above terms are met then a refund will be made to the original payment method. 

If you want to change or cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible and as long as i havent despatched your painting I can change or cancel the order free of charge. 

*As commisions are bespoke and painted for your preference I am unable to accept returns unless your painting arrived damaged. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

I will always try and get your new painting despatched as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days for the preparation of your painting before being despatched. Tracking information and shipping notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you want your new painting for a specific date please let me know as soon as possible so i can speed up the process and hopefully get your new painting to you before this date.

 

UK DELIVERY: 

I offer free shipping within the UK for all my canvases.

Orders sent within the UK usually arrive within 5 days from the date of posting.

Original stretched paintings are packaged carefully with protective packaging to try and avoid any damage and sent to you ready to hang.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For international orders, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for your artwork to be delivered. 

If you live outside of mainland UK and order an original painting i will remove if carefully from its stretcher bars, then roll the canvas using protective paper and place inside a sturdy mailing tube which is a much better and safer way for your new painting to be sent to you. This ensures your painting arrives with you safely as large items are more at risk of damage.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, this is for the standard method as described.

If you would rather i send your new painting still attached to its stretcher bars, please let me know so i can confirm this and send you a shipping quote.

Please note that all international customs taxes and duties incurred are the buyers responsibility.
