COMMISSION A PAINTING: Bespoke, original artwork created just for you.
I work exclusively in my signature Geometric Abstract style and do not take commissions in other styles.
If a piece on my website has sold or isn’t quite the right size or colour, I can create a one-off original tailored to your preferences; using your chosen palette, size, and any personal words or phrases you’d like included.
Commission prices are based solely on canvas size, the same as my original pieces, there’s no additional charge for custom work.
THE PROCESS:
1. INITIAL CHAT: Contact me directly or fill in the form on the “CONTACT” page to discuss your ideas. There’s no obligation at this stage; it’s simply a chance to explore possibilities.
2. DEFINE YOUR VISION: We’ll confirm your colour theme, preferred size, and canvas type (deep-edged or suitable for framing). You can also share any text, poetry, or references that inspire you.
3. AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT: Once we’ve agreed on the details, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. This covers materials and secures your commission.
4. CREATION & UPDATES: I’ll keep you informed throughout the process with progress photos and updates, giving you the opportunity to share feedback along the way.
5. COMPLETION & DELIVERY: When your painting is complete and the balance has been paid, we’ll arrange delivery. If you have a specific deadline or event in mind, please mention it early on.
Your finished artwork will be signed front and back, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
If you’re happy for me to share snippets of your commission journey on social media, I’d love to include your story! Although this is entirely optional and always handled with discretion.
